Refunds

Your Evalyn Deep Dive includes a comprehensive lab panel and dedicated clinical time prepared specifically for you. Because these costs are committed in advance:

• Before your labs are ordered, you may cancel your Deep Dive for a full refund.
• Once your labs have been ordered, the Deep Dive is non-refundable, as your testing has already been arranged on your behalf.

Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. You may reschedule your Deep Dive visit with at least 48 hours notice at no charge.

Late cancellations and missed appointments

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, or appointments missed without notice, forfeit the visit fee. Your lab results remain yours, and we will do our best to help you find a path forward.
